Shipping & Delivery
John John Fine Photography ships framed fine art prints with the care expected of a collectible object.
Each work is inspected, prepared, packed, and shipped with attention to the safety of the piece and the experience of the collector.
Production and Fulfillment Timing
Fulfillment time varies by work.
Some pieces may be available from existing inventory. Others may require printing, framing, finishing, inspection, and packing after purchase. Production and framing generally take approximately 2 to 14 days, depending on the piece, materials, lab schedule, framing schedule, and current order volume.
Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 4 days to 3 weeks from the date of purchase, depending on the work and destination.
John John Fine Photography makes every effort to ship as soon as reasonably possible. If a significant delay occurs, the collector will be contacted with an update.
Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping within the United States and Canada is complimentary unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Carrier selection is made at the artist’s discretion based on the size, value, destination, and handling needs of the artwork. Shipping may be handled through UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, freight, specialty carrier, or another appropriate service.
International Shipping
International shipping is available.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless arranged directly with the artist. Duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, import fees, and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing before shipment.
International delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, carrier, and local delivery conditions.
Insurance and Signature Requirement
Shipments are handled according to the value and needs of the artwork.
Works may ship insured at the artist’s discretion. Pieces are guaranteed to arrive undamaged. If a work arrives damaged, the artist will replace it at no cost, subject to the damage procedure below.
Signature upon delivery is generally required unless the collector makes a special request for no signature requirement. If a collector requests delivery without signature, the collector assumes responsibility for loss or theft after carrier-confirmed delivery.
P.O. Boxes
P.O. boxes may be accepted only when the carrier, artwork size, insurance requirements, and signature requirements allow.
Large framed works, oversized works, works requiring specialty handling, or works requiring freight delivery may require a physical street address.
Local Pickup and In-Home Hanging
Local pickup is not offered as a standard option.
In-home hanging may be available upon request for certain large pieces. When available, the product description will state that in-home hanging may be requested. Availability, timing, location, and cost are determined case by case.
If a Package Arrives Damaged
If a package appears damaged on arrival, please photograph the package before opening it.

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include photographs of:
- The outer box
- The shipping label
- The interior packaging
- The damaged frame, glass, mat, or artwork
- Any visible carrier damage
All original packaging must be kept until the claim is resolved. The damaged work may need to be returned before a replacement is issued.
Once the damage claim is confirmed and the damaged work is returned if requested, the artist will replace the work at no cost.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Collectors are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an address correction is needed, contact John John Fine Photography within 12 hours of placing the order. If an order has already shipped to the address provided at checkout, the collector is responsible for any carrier intercept fees, return shipping, reshipping fees, delays, loss, or damage caused by the incorrect address.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but the collector cannot locate it, contact John John Fine Photography within 24 hours.
The artist will assist with the carrier investigation. If the shipment required signature and the carrier confirms delivery, replacement or refund is not automatic and will be handled case by case.
If the carrier determines that the package was lost or misdelivered and the shipping address was correct, the artist will replace the work at no cost when possible.
