Returns, Cancellations & Damages
John John Fine Photography wants collectors to feel confident acquiring work for their home, collection, or project. Because these are limited-edition fine art objects, each order is handled carefully and subject to the policies below.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, the order may already be in production, framing, packing, or fulfillment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
John John Fine Photography reserves the right to cancel an order for pricing errors, inventory errors, edition availability issues, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent proper fulfillment.
Returns
Eligible works may be returned within 3 days of delivery.

Approved returns are subject to a 5% return/restocking fee, with a minimum fee of $100.
The collector is responsible for insured return shipping. The work must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging, certificates, inserts, and accompanying materials.
Returns must be approved in writing before the work is shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds are issued only after the returned work has been received and inspected. If the work is returned damaged, incomplete, altered, mishandled, or not in original condition, the refund may be reduced or denied.
Original shipping, delivery, installation, customs, duties, and special handling charges are not refundable.
No Exchanges
John John Fine Photography does not offer exchanges.
A collector who wishes to acquire a different work may request a return if the original purchase is eligible under this policy and then place a separate order for the desired work.
Final Sale Items
Special orders are final sale.
Custom requests, custom framing, custom sizing, trade orders, commissioned work, installation services, and any item marked final sale are not eligible for return or cancellation once confirmed.
International orders may be final sale except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Damage in Transit
Works are guaranteed to arrive undamaged.
If a work arrives damaged, notify John John Fine Photography within 24 hours of delivery at:

Please provide photographs of the outer box, shipping label, interior packaging, and all visible damage to the artwork, mat, frame, glass, or acrylic.
All original packaging must be kept until the claim is resolved.
The damaged work may need to be returned before a replacement is issued. Once the damage claim is confirmed and the damaged work is returned if requested, the artist will replace the work at no cost.
Damage reported after 24 hours may be more difficult to verify and may not be eligible for replacement.
Wrong Address
Collectors are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If the shipping address needs to be corrected, contact John John Fine Photography within 12 hours of placing the order.
If an order has already shipped, the collector is responsible for any carrier intercept fees, return shipping, reshipping fees, delays, loss, or damage caused by the incorrect address.
Package Marked Delivered
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but the collector cannot locate it, contact John John Fine Photography within 24 hours.
The artist will assist with a carrier investigation. If the shipment required signature and the carrier confirms delivery, replacement or refund is not automatic and will be handled case by case.
If a collector requested delivery without signature, the collector assumes responsibility for loss or theft after carrier-confirmed delivery.
